Accessibility

The Neon Museum is accessible in accordance with ADA (AA) requirements. The Neon Boneyard has a fine gravel surface that both powered and unpowered wheeled devices can easily navigate.

Weather Conditions

As the Neon Boneyard is an outdoor collection, all scheduled tours and admission are subject to cancellation and modification due to inclement weather including excessive heat levels exceeding 110 degrees; however, we rarely cancel for rain. The Neon Museum is a rain or shine experience.

Please dress weather appropriate for the perfect outdoor experience. If a tour is cancelled, we will attempt to place you on the next available tour wherever possible or provide a full refund.

Film & Photo Policy

Guests visiting The Neon Museum are required to follow the Visitor Photography Guidelines. Cameras and external equipment like tripods, selfie sticks, etc. are not allowed. Personal use only snapshots are encouraged, on mobile phones or tablets.

Museums for All

Museums for All is offered to encourage people of all backgrounds to visit museums regularly and build lifelong museum-going habits.  The program supports those receiving food assistance (SNAP) benefits to visit the museum for a minimal fee of $3.00 per person, up to four people maximum per party, with the presentation of a SNAP Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) card.  Each cardholder must have their own reservation under their own name.  Valid photo ID required and SNAP card required at check-in. The Neon Museum accepts SNAP from all 50 states.

Foster families are also supported by Museums for All! Valid photo ID and foster placement letter required at check-in.
